phwn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility unless you have notified phwn of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure above.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phwn Platform without the prior written consent of phwn.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwn, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phwn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwn account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phwn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phwn, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phwn's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
